Desktop and Mobile Are Designed Separately

This is the #1 thing that confuses beginners.

In Showit, your desktop and mobile designs are separate. That means your site won’t automatically adjust perfectly on every screen. You have to design both versions.

What this means for you:

• You need to check both views constantly
• Don’t assume something will “just resize”
• Take time to intentionally design your mobile layout

Showit gives you the tools, but it does not do SEO for you.

At minimum, make sure you:

• add page titles and meta descriptions
• use proper heading structure
• add alt text to images
• compress your images
• use clear file names

You don’t need to be an expert, but you also don’t want to ignore it.

Because what is the point of having a beautiful website if no one can find it?

Test Everything Before You Launch

Before you hit publish, go through your site like a visitor.

Check:

• links
• mobile layout
• load speed
• contact forms
• buttons
• page flow

Catching small issues now can save you from losing potential clients later.
